NC Career Readiness Certification
The NC Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) is a portable credential that promotes career development and skill attainment for the individual and confirms to employers that an individual possesses basic workplace skills in the following areas: Reading For Information, Applied Math and Locating Information. These are the skills that most jobs require. With the Career Readiness Certificate, individuals prove they have the skills needed to successfully enter and advance in the workplace. A growing number of employers view the NC Career Readiness Certificate as evidence of essential skills and may require a CRC during the hiring process.

Do you know how to prove to employers that you have the ‘real world’ skills to succeed? Don’t wait, get started immediately by attending one of the below classes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no course registration fee for individuals who meet the following criteria:
b.) Received notification of a pending layoff;
c.) Working and eligible for the Federal Earned Income Tax Credit (FEIT);
d.) Working and earning wages at or below two hundred percent (200%) of the federal poverty guidelines.
